Animal Feeding Site Assessment Tool (AFOSITE)
The Missouri Animal Feeding Operation (AFO) Site Assessment is an educational tool designed to help producers understand and manage their potential community and environmental impacts.
This internet-based tool allows a user to define farm boundaries used for production on an aerial photograph and then create a report outlining community and environmental characteristics of the site and its surrounding areas. Links on the report access additional resources for better understanding the report and managing the effect of animal feeding operations on the environment.
Tested with Internet Explorer 6.0 and Netscape 7.2. Pop-up blockers must be turned off. Click HERE for more information.
